Fabrication of Your Stone

We use a combination of the most modern, cutting-edge technology and time tested, hand fabrication techniques to create precise, fully custom counter tops in our 6,000 square foot, state-of-the-art production facility. Our Laser Template System uses a high-resolution digital camera and laser measuring system to create a precise and exact digital picture of your countertop area, ensuring accurate results and fit for your countertops. 


This digital picture is then transferred to our computer software and programmed into our Intermac 4000 CNC SawJet. The computer guided CNC uses both a circular saw and a high-pressure water stream to precisely cut your stone project. This results in highly precise and accurate cuts that provide a seamless finish once installed in your project.

Once you have selected your materials, cabinets are installed, or demo is complete, our team can template. The templater uses a state-of-the-art digital laser to measure the cabinets and walls to ensure each stone is cut perfectly to fit.

Fabrication of your stone is where all the magic happens. Using our Intermac 4000 CNC machine, your stone will be cut using the precise measurements taken by our templater, ensuring a perfect fit each time. Finally, your stone will be hand-polished and smoothed, and your selected edging applied.

Your project will be completely turn-key, meaning you will be ready to enjoy your stone once our team is finished. We will expertly install your stone, paying close attention to the 'movement' of the pattern and veining, along with using proven methods to deliver a seamless look that will make any seams in your countertop disappear.

Seamless Installation

Experience the Champagne Stone Co. difference with our seamless stone installation process. All projects that require a seam are installed using a Gorilla Grip Seam Setter. This seam setter used hydropic power to lift, level, and squeeze the piece together, resulting in a razor thin, nearly invisible seam. This process preserves the unique natural design of your material, while providing you with the gorgeous layout of your dreams.
